By far the best breakfast I've had at a hotel! The fitness center was clean and didn't smell funky like most hotels I've stayed in. The room was amazing! I didn't expect it to be so big, with a couch, office area, large TV, sleeping area, bathroom, vanity, AND closet! And no matter what side of the building you are staying on, you're going to get a good view. The west side faces Metcalf Ave and you can look out over the Overland Park area. The east side, where I was, faces a line of trees and the parking lot, BUT you can see the sunrise and get the beautiful early morning light. It's also within walking distance of food and coffee and there is a bus stop right down the street to get to downtown Overland Park.

Our room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were great. Staff was really friendly. Shortly before midnight there was some yelling and fighting goin on with some guests down the hall. I called front desk and they immediately said they would take care of it. I don’t know what was done but the commotion ended so I felt good about that.

Everything! The check-in staff was very friendly and check-in was very quick. The rooms and entire property was very well maintained. We enjoyed every second at this hotel. Elevator conversations pretty well mimicked our experience as well. I wish these hotels were available at every stop on our trip!
